Robot Tech Startup LPTech Co., Ltd. Explores Opportunities for Global Market Expansion
| Selected as a Robotics Startup for the “2022 Indonesia Overseas Market Development Program”

LPTech Co., Ltd., one of the beneficiary companies of the startup support programs provided by Induk University’s Startup Support Center, demonstrated its potential for success in overseas markets after being selected last year as a participating company in the robotics sector of the “2022 Indonesia Overseas Market Development Program.”
LPTech Co., Ltd. is a robotics technology consulting company that develops robotic grippers designed to replicate human hand functions. The company has previously received support after being selected for the Early-Stage Startup Package, a startup incubation program operated by Induk University’s Startup Support Center. LPTech’s gripper technology is distinguished by its ability to grip and transfer objects without requiring the input of size or shape information of the workpiece into the robot system. Thanks to its application-specific customizable design, the gripper is expected to be actively utilized in future-oriented industries such as semiconductors and display manufacturing.
In September last year, LPTech Co., Ltd. was selected as a representative small and medium-sized robotics company from Korea to participate in the 2022 Indonesia Overseas Market Development Program, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, where it conducted export consultation meetings. During the event, the company provided consultations related to collaboration opportunities in battery manufacturing conveyor automation, completing a total of six consultations.
Park Hyung soon, CEO of LPTech Co., Ltd., stated,
“Alongside our existing distribution and consulting businesses, we plan to build brand recognition by investing in robotic gripper technology and expanding our marketing network. We will then pursue a modularized business model to increase revenue. Building on this foundation, our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves as a smart factory solution provider.”
